Nufern's Fiber Amplifiers
Nufern’s fiber amplifiers offer a unique approach to optical signal gain challenges by offering stable, high peak power monolithic solutions. Polarization maintaining amplifiers from Nufern, with very high signal extinction ratios, are unmatched in performance, from low power applications to multi-stage amplifiers capable of hundreds of watts of TEM00 power. Based on 100% prooftested Nufern double-clad fiber, these packaged solutions simplify the most difficult optical amplification problems—reducing program costs, complexity, and time to completion.

CW Platform
Nufern offers a comprehensive catalogue of CW fiber amplifiers operating at key wavelengths around 1µm, 1.5µm and 2µm. These amplifiers are available with a range of options covering various input and output power levels, including polarization maintaining fiber options operating at power levels up to 10W as standard and 100W in custom platforms. These CW amplifier platforms are compatible with industry standard, single frequency (KHz linewidth) seed sources and operate by careful management of SBS along the length of entire optical fiber amplifier. |

Pulsed Platform
Using the latest in large mode area (LMA) fiber technology, Nufern fiber amplifiers are capable of amplifying a range of average powers, pulse energies and repetition rates without the non-linear limitation associated with telecom fibers.
